🛒 Ordering Process

Custom Orders: All custom items must be paid in full before production begins. Be sure to double-check spelling, colors, sizes, and design details before finalizing your order.
Turnaround Time: Standard processing is 3-5 days turn around time, (unless it’s a premade item) not including weekends or holidays. Larger or more detailed orders may take longer.
Rush Orders: $30 Rush processing fee. Please contact me before placing your order to confirm availability.

Design Proofs (if applicable) will be sent within [12-24 hours] for your review. Work will begin once your approval is received.
Changes: After approval or once production begins, changes cannot be made to the order.

Bulk Orders of 20 or more items are eligible for a group discount.
Please contact me directly for a custom quote based on item type, design complexity, and timeline.
Group discounts must be arranged before the order is placed and paid.

Shipping: All items are shipped via [USPS/UPS/etc.] with tracking provided. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination.
Local Pickup: Available by request. Pickup orders must be collected within [2 days] of completion.
Shipping Issues: I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage once your item has shipped. Please file a claim with the carrier if needed.

Cancellations must be requested within 5 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is locked in and may already be in production.
Returns/Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of items, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your item arrives with an error or damage, contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photos so I can help resolve the issue.

Full Payment is required before production begins on any item, including bulk orders.

Past designs may be available for reorder within a limited timeframe. Just send a message and I’ll be happy to assist.
